Accelerator Pumps
CHEVROLET 1929-31 PLUNGER TO ACCELERATOR SHAFT PIN
This pin secures the plunger to the accelerator shaft of 1929-1931 carburetors. In 1929 used on late models only. Dimensions: 1/8" x 5/8". One required. This pin fits inside the accelerator pump to hold the pump plunger to the accelerator shaft. Once in place, it cannot come out because it is inside the bore of the pump housing.

The 1949 W-1 carburetor is unique in that it has a metal strap linkage on the side of the carburetor from top to bottom. The accelerator pump is unique to this model 684S carburetor. Dimensions of the accelerator pump: Overall Length - 2-11/16", Length of shaft from center of hole is 2-9/16", Length from center hole to bottom of leather is 2-1/2".
