This panel is used to fill the cowl vent hole in custom 1937-1939 Chevrolet passenger vehicles. USED FOR STREET RODS ONLY. This weld-in panel is made with 16 gauge steel. It comes with a beveled edge sot the weld area is down, making it easier for a flush fit. Made in the USA!
