This is a valve rocker arm oil wick set for all 1929-1931 Chevrolet cars & trucks. This is a 12 piece set cut into 7/8" lengths. These wicks provide oil to the tip of the pushrods and are vital for lubrication. They are often missing or badly worn. Install a new set to insure good oiling to the pushrods. Replaces GM# 835677
This is a rebuilding service only. Remove and send in your original rocker arm & shaft assemblies. We will resurface the rocker arm tips, fit the rocker arms to the newly hard chromed shafts and replace damaged adjuster screws & nuts as necessary.
This is a rebuilding service for rocker arms of 1929-1933 Chevrolet cars & trucks only. Disassemble and send in your original rocker arms and shafts. We will weld up and resurface the tips, install new bushings (where required) and fit them to the newly hard chromed shafts. For 1929-1933 models, you should also check your rocker arm adjusting screws for damage. The threads are often broken and will not adjust properly. To check these, remove them completely from the rocker arm and inspect the threads. If they need replacing, order FS-68 adjusting screw & nut set separately. 1929-1931 Models also require rocker arm oil wicks. Order part # FS-75 separately.
