CHEVROLET 1929-1931 INTERNAL PLUNGER SHAFT PIN
This pin secures the plunger to the accelerator shaft of 1929-1931 carburetors. In 1929 used on late models only. Dimensions: 1/8" x 5/8". One required. This pin fits inside the accelerator pump to hold the pump plunger to the accelerator shaft. Once in place, it cannot come out because it is inside the bore of the pump housing.

This is an Accelerator Plunger Grooved Pin for 1929-1931 Chevrolet with Carter RJH-08 Carburetors. The pin requires two hairpin clips (FS-9890) to lock onto the ends holding it in place. Pin mounts on top of accelerator plunger shaft. NOTE: In 1929, used on late version only.

It fits late 1929 Model 136S and all 1930 & 1931 Model 150S carburetors for both car & truck. Does not fit early 1929 Model 125S with short accelerator pump. Replaces GM# 836468, Carter 87-19S. Order accelerator pump shaft AF-231 separately, if needed.

This is a precise reproduction of the pot metal standpipe used in original 1930-1931 updraft carburetors. Many times broken or completely missing - this vital part must be checked when rebuilding the RJH-08 carburetor. Machined in high quality aluminum to exacting standards.
