This is a Rubber Steering Column Spacer for 1929-1932 Chevrolet Passenger Cars - all models. It mounts on top of the steering tube and held in place by the U-bolt to the bottom of the dashboard. Made in the USA by Steele Rubber, Inc. Replaces GM# 356607
