CHEVROLET UNIVERSAL FELT CHANNEL LINER
This is a Universal Window Channel Liner that is 1-5/8" Wide. Sold by the foot, this felt is used to reline window channels that cannot be found as a new item. Clean out the original channel with a wire brush or other tool until clean. Use contact cement on the back side of the felt and inside the channel opening. Wrap the felt around a piece of wood or other material that will just fit into the channel. Push it down to make it tight and leave it for several hours to cure. Before removing the board, trim off the excess with a utility knife. Your channel will look like new! NOTE: This item is sold by the foot. Items that are cut to order are NOT RETURNABLE. CHEVROLET LOCKING STRIP INSTALLATION TOOL-MULTI HEAD
This Lock Strip Installation Tool is specifically designed for self-locking two-piece rubber window seals. The eye of the tool threads locking strip into the groove and inserts it into the channel. Multiple head sizes for different sized lock strips.
Tool makes installing the lock strip into the main rubber seal much easier as it will spread the main rubber while being pulled through the groove.
