This is a Stainless Steel Repair Sleeve for 1953-1973 Powerglide Torque Converter. It will fix a worn torque converter snout that has a groove in it from seal pressure. Dimensions: Flanged OD 2.203" (55.960mm), Installation Depth 1.000" (25.400mm), Overall Width 0.688" (17.480mm), Shaft Size 1.875" (47.625mm), Width on Shaft 0.563" (14.300mm).

CHEVROLET 1955-1966 3-SPEED BRASS SYNCRONIZING RING
LIMITED SUPPLY ITEM - Availability is subject to stock on hand. We found a limited number of this syncro ring which has been unavailable for many years. This is a new old replacement stock (NORS) that replaces the original synchronizer rings in 1955-1966 Chevy 3-speed transmissions. This was not offered by GM but was available from after market companies. The OD IS 2.419". Use of these rings can save having to replace a very expensive and hard to find syncronizing drum. Each ring must be pressed into the original synchronizer housing after removing the original ring. They must be punched to lock them in place. Two are required per transmission. It is recommended that both rings are replaced when the transmission is being overhauled.
