This mat is the UPPER Luggage Shelf Mat for 1941 to 1947(Early) Chevy Convertibles & Coupes, except Business Coupes. Business coupes had a shelf with no mat, painted black. Late 1947 and all 1948 coupes & convertibles had a snap-on round wood cover over the spare, with no shelf. Beautiful copy of the original mat in taupe (brown) color and Made in the USA! Replaces GM# 4133466
