This is a LED Replacement Headlight for 1916-1936 Chevrolet cars & trucks. The LED can be used on BOTH 6-volt & 12-volt systems with Negative or Positive Ground. Super Bright Light while using less current than halogens (3.6A low/4.5A high per bulb). Simply remove the original headlamp bulb and replace with this new LED light. Replaces DUAL CONTACT BULBS GM# 138177 Mazda #1000, GE# 1188. Check for clearance before ordering - see notes below.

Specific Applications*:
1916-1928 All with Dual Contact Bulbs (See FS-22 for Single Contact Bulbs);
1929-1933 All Passenger Cars & Trucks;
1934-1935 Standard Passenger Cars;
1934-1936 Trucks

* IMPORTANT NOTE: This LED has a tall housing because the aluminum acts as a heat sink for cooling purposes. Because the LED is so tall, you must check for clearance between your reflector & the back of the headlight lens. It will require a minimum of 2-5/8" (66.675mm) for this LED to fit. Please check this measurement before ordering! This bulb requires the reflectors to have good plating as the light is reflected off of the reflector, then outward. If your reflectors are in poor condition, consider ordering focused beam bulbs LED-17
