This is a MAIN Chassis Wiring Harness for 1949 Chevrolet Passenger Cars with BRAIDED CLOTH COVERED Wiring. Note: 1949-54 Cars - Order Tail Light Harness Separately. 1949-50 cars used both cloth covered and rubber covered main harnesses. Check your original before ordering.
These Wiring Harnesses are of the finest quality. Each harness comes with a numbered chart with the location of each wire and each wire has a corresponding number for easy installation. Original style harnesses are complete with fittings as original (except for GM twist lock connectors which are available: Order RW-40 separately. Made in the USA! Replaces GM# 5290967
NOTE: This harness can be have an integral turn signal harness & switch built in when it is manufactured. This is an additional cost item. See accessories listing for options. Most harnesses are made to order and take several weeks. Please allow extra time when ordering.
