In 1955, fits 1st Series only. This high quality electric replacement is a direct bolt - in for your original vacuum motor. A big improvement over the motors that were previously available - this motor is a 2-speed heavy duty motor. It also has an automatic park position and uses the original wiper linkages and transmissions. Can be installed in less than an hour! Complete with wiring harness. Note: If you are using original wiper transmission linkage with this motor, you must remove the bushing in the end of the transmission linkage and use the nylon bushings included with the wiper motor kit.
