This is Door Window Sash Filler Channel for 1950-1952 Chevrolet, Pontiac & Oldsmobile Convertible & Hardtop models. This filler is used to hold the window glass to the channel and also provide a weather seal for the window mechanism. Sold in a pair for both sides. Length of flap is 1-3/4"

CHEVROLET 1928-1960 SIDE WINDOW SASH CHANNEL - 2FT LONG
This Door Window Sash Channel is a nice replacement for the original that may have rusted out. 2-FT. SECTION, .405" (13/32") ID at the narrowest part. This is the piece that holds the glass. You must retain the old brackets to reattach to the new channel.

This buytl rubber material is used to set glass into metal sash channels and window frames for all Chevrolet cars & Chevy & GMC trucks. It is available in three different thicknesses and you must check to see the thickness required for your glass. Keep in mind that a rusted lower sash piece can be weak and allow the sides of the sash to widen out and cause a loose fit. Check fit before ordering. Some people order the two closest sizes to be sure. SPECIFY SIZE WHEN ORDERING - CV-294A is 1/32" thick or .03125"; CV-294C is 3/64" thick or .0468"; CV-294B is 1/16" thick or .0625". A top quality part made by a hobbyist to fit his own car. Specify Right or Left. The left part replaces GM# 4024353 and the right part replaces GM# 4024352.
