This is a Complete Disc Brake Kit with Frame Mounted Vacuum Booster for OEM Stock Spindles fits 1955-1959 Chevy 1/2 Ton Trucks. It includes a 12" rotor and 6x5.5 bolt pattern. Designed for easy installation and reliable performance.
The 6-Lug Disc Brake Kit contains all the parts needed to put modern disc brakes on the stock spindles. and use the stock hubs. The 1-1/4" thick, 12" rotors use a GM full floating caliper. The booster mounts in the stock location. It is recommended to change the stock ball bearings to tapered roller bearings when doing this upgrade. Some stock wheels may rub the caliper. It may be necessary to use a spacer. May not work with original tires.
Kit includes Master Cylinder, Booster, Proportioning Valve, Rotors, Calipers, Hoses, 3/16" spacers and hardware.
