This is the OUTER fuel filler neck grommet for 1947-1955 (1st Series) Chevrolet & GMC Panel Trucks, Suburbans & Canopy Express. Oblong fully molded rubber with retaining flange. 3-7/8" outside width x 5-1/8" outside length x 1-1/8" height. 2-1/8" top hole width x 2-3/4" top hole length. 2-1/2" bottom hole width x 3- 9/16" bottom hole length. In 1955, used on 1st Series models only. See 70-1908 for the inner panel grommet. Replaces GM# 3807282
