This is an "A"-Shaped Rubber Insulating Grommet for the Accessory Under Running Board Radio Antenna for 1936-1940 GM passenger cars, including Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac & Cadillac. This insulator is cord reinforced with metal grommet. Mounted at the end of each strap. Eight pieces are usually required per antenna. See also 70-212 Antenna Boot.
