This Door and Window Handle Escutcheon Plate is a stainless and ivory plastic assembly for interior handles on all 1946-1948 Chevrolet passenger cars (will fit 1941-1948). One piece required per handle - door, vent & window handles. Replaces GM# 4146889
NOTE: This is a factory original escutcheon with correct tint ivory colored insert. Also available is an economy escutcheon with non-original, pale pink ivory colored insert. See CR-7E for economy escutcheon.
