This Economy Door and Window Handle Escutcheon Plate is a stainless and pink- ivory plastic assembly for interior handles on all 1946-1948 Chevrolet passenger cars (will fit 1941-1948). One piece required per handle - door, vent & window handles. Color matches our economy window & vent window handle knobs CR-189E & CR-190E. Replaces GM# 4146889
