This is a fuel filler neck seal for 1942-1945 Chevrolet & GMC wartime trucks that had a leather seal instead of rubber. These were used during wartime due to a shortage of rubber. This seal requires four holes near the filler neck for mounting. Dimensions: 4-3/4" x 4-1/2" x 1/8" thick leather seal. Made in the USA! Replaces GM# 3674211
