EC-390 is a drop spindle support ñ the part that holds the spindle, not the spindle itself. By modifying this part, it drops the height of the car without modification to the spindle. The overall drop for 1939-48 spindle supports is 1-1/2 inches. No other modifications are required, but our supplier does recommend that you replace the fixed (long) tie rod with an adjustable type to allow for better front end alignment. This is our part number ML-6. This is an exchange service only. If no core is exchanged, there will be a $100.00 core charge added.
