1934-1953 206 & 216 CID CARBURETOR INSULATOR

1934-1953 Carburetor Base Insulator for Chevrolet & GMC cars & trucks. This hard block goes between the carburetor base and the intake manifold as a heat shield. Often times these are cracked and can cause the same symptoms as an intake manifold leak. Check yours anytime you remove the carburetor. Dimensions: Bolt hole centers are 2-3/4", Center hole size is 1-5/8", Overall Height .600" Replaces GM# 3692797

1934-1953 Passenger with 206 or 216 CID engines;
1941-1953 Truck with 216 CID engine
