This is a rocker arm valve oiler pad for 1926-1928 Chevrolet 4-cylinder engines. Mounts on top of rocker arms. Saturate the pad with engine oil initially, then add oil each time the vehicle is driven. This pad will help keep the rocker arm assembly lubricated properly. Made in the USA!
