This is a head gasket for 1935 (Late) and all 1936 Chevrolet 206CID engines. NOTE: 1935 LATE MODEL HEADS HAVE 30 DEGREE VALVE SEATS. HEAD GASKET FOR THIS HEAD HAS TWO 1-5/16" ID HOLES IN THE CENTER. CHECK AGAINST YOUR ORIGINAL! FOR EARLY 1935 ENGINES, COMPARE TO G-728C. Copper consists of two outer sheets of a generously thick .010" copper and a low-density graphite filler sheet. This high-quality graphite sheet is superior to asbestos, which was used in the old days, and far superior to the non-asbestos materials found in other manufacturers modern copper head gaskets. Excellent torque retention is achieved by using superior materials. Replaces GM# 837723, 837873
