This is a Stainless Oval Head, Slotted Wood Door Hinge Screw for 1926-1936 Chevrolet passenger cars. The dimensions are 1/4"-20 x 3 inches. This screw is intended to go through the hinge and all the way through the wood door post. There is one of these through bolts on two or more of the door hinges on early Chevrolet passenger cars.
