This is a 1940 Sedan Lower Trunk Tail Pan Panel. It is the exterior sheet metal panel below trunk lid. Die stamped for a precision fit, rolls under the rear body to the factory seam. Fits all 1940 Chevy 2 & 4 door Sedans and Sedan Delivery models. Extends upward about 12 inches, goes from fender to fender and includes complete die-formed weatherstrip channel for a tight trunk seal. 18 gage steel. A quality part, Made in USA!
