This is a Polished Stainless Front or Rear Bumper for 1938-1939 Chevrolet passenger cars. The bumper is made with Street Rodder's in mind. There are no holes or grooves in the face bars. Stainless steel studs are on the back side for mounting - giving the smooth look. Replaces GM#
