1940 Front & Rear Stainless Bumper Face Bar for 1940 Chevrolet passenger cars. These bumpers are made with street rodders in mind. There are no holes or grooves in the face bars. Stainless studs are on the back side for mounting, giving the "smooth" look. Replaces GM# 3653339
