This pin locks the clutch & brake pedal shafts in place on the master cylinder of 1940-1954 Chevrolet passenger cars. Many times, this part will be damaged when trying to remove the pedal shafts. We have now reproduced this part with a 10-24 machine thread in the center bore for ease of installation and removal. The cross-shaped pin fits all passenger cars except Powerglide transmissions. Replaces GM# 3652790
