This is a beautiful reproduction of the factory Identification Plate for 1953 Chevrolet 1/2 Ton Trucks, including Pickup, Suburban, Canopy Delivery and Panel trucks. The plate is black etched on aluminum just like the originals. Note: these plates were not usually used for registration as they are easily removed. Most often, registration numbers used were the stamped engine serial numbers.
