CAR WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH-2 SPEED
For 1965 1966 Chevrolet Cars
This original reproduction windshield wiper switch fits 1955-1956 Chevrolet passenger vehicles. This switch comes complete with a new stainless steel cable and sheath and can operate both electric and vacuum wiper motors. The body of this switch has a --3/16" overall depth.
NOTE: This switch is not compatible with the original 1955 accessory windshield washer kit.

The kit comes complete less assembly lube, arms and blades, escutcheons and model-specific knobs for the switch. All those stock pieces will fit on our system. Escutcheons are the exterior trim bezels which cover the pivot posts in the cowl. Note that the original escutcheons are required and are not available as an aftermarket item to the best of our knowledge.
Please note that the RainGear unit cannot be controlled by any General Motors column-mounted wiper switches. You must use the included switch. This is due to the fact that GM switches control the wiper motor via the ground wire and our systems must be controlled by switching the positive wire.
