This Neoprene Driveshaft Seal for 1916-1933 Chevrolet passenger cars (exc 1933 Standard) and 1916-1933 1/2 ton models. Dimensions: OD 1.506" x ID .960". Replaces GM# 348134
Originally this seal was cork. A worn seal permits the transmission fluid to drain back to the rear axle - overfilling the differential and causing the transmission to run dry. This seal is a neoprene replacement for the original cork seal. Always replace this seal when installing a new bushing.
